*none - nothing added; includes personalized card (with printing on front) + envelope
*name on envelope - name printed in black ink on front of envelope
*printing inside card - text provided will be printed in black ink on the inside of the card
*both - name printed in black ink on front of envelope + text printed on inside of the card
